PARTIAL HOSPITALIZATION/DAY-NIGHT PROGRAM
Reprieve Recovery Center offers a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), which is a structured form of substance abuse treatment. This program provides intensive care and is designed for clients who require a higher level of support than outpatient treatment but do not need 24-hour supervision, as in detox, residential, or inpatient treatments. PHP can serve as a cost-effective primary care option or as a popular step-down choice for clients transitioning from inpatient treatment to a less restrictive setting.
The PHP treatment team consists of various professionals working together to address clients' emotional, physical, and psychological needs. Reprieve’s PHP program provides a structured and supportive environment where clients can focus on their recovery and develop coping skills. Clients are provided access to technology and earn freedoms within the local community so that they can maintain connections with family and support networks.
-Clients have access to in-house medical staff for an initial psychiatric evaluation, a history and physical examination, medication management, and follow up appointments.
-PHP clients are provided with a schedule that includes transportation to outside AA/NA meetings, recreational activities, and alumni events.
-Clients also have access to our case management department to assist in preparing for the transition to a lower level of care.
Reprieve Recovery employs the highest quality and most effective treatment, with counseling and behavioral therapies provided by trained clinicians to effectively reduce the risk of a relapse. Our treatment modalities include EMDR for Trauma, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Twelve-Step Facilitation (TSF), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). and Family Therapy. These help our clients lead productive lives and overcome addiction.
We collaborate with many other facilities that offer Detoxification, and residential services such as Inpatient Programs.
Reprieve will place a client in a higher of level of care until he or she is deemed appropriate for our program.
